Molder and Grinder Operator - Hardwood and Exotic millwork. We manufacture a full line of profiles for builders, cabinet shops, distributors of wood products, and for stock. We are a just-in-time custom shop that strives to provide most custom profiles within 10 business days. This job entails: •Weinig Profimat (Unimat on the way) operation, including: Axial constant setups, tooling changes, profile consistency, part inspection and production. •Grinding and sharpening or profiles on Rondamat Manual Grinder. We outsource our templates, but there is a need for constant sharpening and grinding, including: grinder cleaning and maintenance, profile inventory management, inventory of grindng accessories, and coordinating with purchasing for new parts. •Report directly to Production Manager and coordinate production scheduling, rough mill scheduling, and job logging. •This postion requires organization and the willingness to work at a steady pace throughout the day. •We have a 40 hour week, with 30 min for lunch and breaks druing the day. We are open to a 4/10 schedule after the first 90 days of employment. There is a mandatory vacation from Christmas through New Years, and we have all major holidays off. •Our benefits package includes: Matching SEP-IRA, Blue Cross Blue Shield Health, and overtime 4-12 hours per month (most available after first 90 days by law). 5 unpaid sick/personal days, paid vacation after 12 months (xmas holiday only).
